My youngest step son and his wife had a baby 2 years ago and we threw a "little prince" shower for his mom. I made the "cake out of paper mache boxes and used a 3-d stencil paste to make the emblems on them and then painted and coated them with mod-podge. The crown is actually a gold tree topper that I removed the coil from and painted and glittered silver. I made sceptors out of dowel rods, wooden balls, pipe clears and added rhinestones to make them royal!
